Utilisation de la carte interactive :
- Légende : les structures sont représentées par des icônes dont la couleur représentent une thématique (addictions en rouge, soins et prévention en vert, services sociaux en bleu, etc.)
- Recherche :
- Agrandir la carte en sélection l'icône située en haut à droite de la carte (en passant la souris, un texte explicatif apparaît).
- 2 options possibles :
- Sélectionner directement sur le plan la structure en cliquant sur son icône (la roulette de la souris permet de zoomer dans le plan).
- Rechercher une structure par son nom au moyen de l'outil représenter par l'icône "loupe" situé en haut à gauche.

Comment orienter une personne vers un Centre médico-psychologique ?
Le CMP de prise en charge est déterminé par :
- La commune d'habitation pour les habitants de Metz Métropole, à l'exception des marliens et des messins.
- La rue d'habitation pour les habitants de Marly et Metz (utilisez le moteur de recherche ci-dessus).
La sectorisation : comment ça fonctionne ?
La sectorisation de la psychiatrie1 est un modèle d’organisation qui remonte aux années 60. En 2016, l’ARS Grand Est a restructuré l’offre psychiatrique sur le territoire Lorraine Nord2. Depuis, les Centres hospitaliers spécialisés de Jury-lès-Metz et Lorquin sont regroupés sous une même entité opérationnelle.
Metz Métropole compte 4 secteurs de psychiatrie adulte et de psychiatrie infanto-juvénile (enfants, adolescents) responsable de la prise en charge des personnes qui habitent sur son périmètre assurée par un {tip title="Centre médico-psychologique (CMP)" content="Les CMP sont le point central du dispositif de psychiatrie publique. Ils dispensent gratuitement des soins pour les personnes présentant des troubles psychiques, que leurs droits soient ouverts ou non. Rattachés au Centre hospitalier de Jury, ils coordonnent les actions ambulatoires et déterminent les prises en charge pour favoriser la réhabilitation psychosociale du patient."}Centres médico-psychologiques (CMP){/tip} (à noter : les personnes sans domicile fixe sont orientées vers un Centre médico-psychologique (CMP) en fonction de leur date de naissance). Les CMP disposent de moyens de consultation, d'hospitalisation et de suivi ambulatoire organisés autour d'un CMP (cf. présentation ci-dessous dans la partie « Ressources locales »).

Les « psys »
Le qualificatif de psychothérapeute désigne la catégorie professionnelle qui regroupe les détenteurs du titre de psychothérapeute inscrits au registre national des psychothérapeutes[1]. Elle concerne les psychiatres, les médecins non psychiatres, les psychologues, les psychanalystes et les professionnels qui n’appartiennent à aucune de ces catégories, mais ont suivi une formation pour exercer.
Les psychothérapies regroupent des approches variées (psychanalytique, systémique, cognitivo-comportementale...).
Les « psys » avec diplômes
Le psychiatre est un médecin avec une spécialisation en psychiatrie. Il peut prescrire des médicaments. Parfois, il est psychothérapeute.
Le psychologue possède un diplôme universitaire. Il n’est pas médecin et ne peut pas prescrire de médicaments.
Les « psys » avec formations
Le psychothérapeute a suivi une formation en psychothérapie et est inscrit au registre national des psychothérapeutes. S’il n’est pas médecin, il ne peut pas prescrire de médicaments.
Le médecin traitant est l’interlocuteur privilégié pour orienter au mieux une personne en mal-être ou en recherche de conseils en santé mentale.

Sectorisation sur le territoire messin
La sectorisation de la psychiatrie[1] est un modèle d’organisation qui remonte aux années 60. En 2016, l’ARS Grand Est a restructuré l’offre psychiatrique sur le territoire Lorraine Nord[2]. Depuis, les Centres hospitaliers spécialisés de Jury-lès-Metz et Lorquin sont regroupés sous une même entité opérationnelle.
Le territoire messin est découpé en 4 secteurs de psychiatrie adulte et de psychiatrie infanto-juvénile (enfants, adolescents). Chaque secteur est responsable de la prise en charge des personnes qui habitent sur son périmètre géographique (à noter : les personnes sans domicile fixe sont orientées vers un Centre médico-psychologique (CMP) en fonction de leur date de naissance). Il dispose de moyens de consultation, d'hospitalisation et de suivi ambulatoire organisés autour d'un CMP (cf. présentation ci-dessous dans la partie « Ressources locales »).
